Return Policy

We have a seven-day return policy, which means you have seven (7) days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to present the receipt or the proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@benjoyinc.com. If your return is accepted, we will coordinate pick-up and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it properly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items – those with embroidered names or one-of-a-kind components), and personal care goods (such as bathing products) from third parties that are paired or combined with the toys and non-perishable items we directly manufacture.  We also do not accept returns for damages that are obviously caused by neglect on the part of the customer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

 

Defective or damaged products may be exchanged only with a similar product with equal value. The customer may request for a different color or design of the same product, provided it is sold at the same price as the item returned. If the item is priced more than the price of the returned item, the customer must settle the difference prior to delivery. A Soft Hugs store representative will assist you through the process.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the item you returned, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
